Dr. Narasimhaiah Srinivasaiah — Consultant Surgical Gastroenterologist and Bariatric Surgeon in Bengaluru

Dr. Narasimhaiah Srinivasaiah is a Consultant Surgical Gastroenterologist and Bariatric Surgeon at Apollo Hospitals, Bannerghatta Road, Bengaluru, with more than 20 years of experience in surgical gastro, HPB and transplant work.

His list is the broadest in this specialty. Colorectal work covers colorectal resection and operable colorectal cancer. Laparoscopic general surgery covers cholecystectomy and hernia repair, including incisional and inguinal hernia. Bariatric work covers sleeve gastrectomy and minimally invasive bariatric surgery. He also performs liver resection, and on the breast, breast-conserving surgery, sentinel lymph node biopsy and the management of fibroadenoma.

Two entries sit outside surgery altogether. He passed the National Board entrance test in 2017 for a postgraduate diploma course in respiratory medicine in India and completed that course, and he was awarded a gold medal by the Association of Pharmacology of Tamilnadu in 2014.
